Notre Dame Journal of Legislation

The Journal of Legislation is one of the nation’s foremost legal journals addressing legislative topics of state and federal importance. The Journal is the oldest student-run publication at Notre Dame Law School after the Notre Dame Law Review. The Journal publishes two volumes per year, in the autumn and spring.
